Refund policy

Refunds and Returns

Orders are eligible for return within 30 days of the delivery date. Items returned for a refund or store credit should be in unused and excellent condition. Once the shipment has been returned and delivered, please allow 5-7 days for refunds on qualifying orders. In the Gospel Publishing does not cover the return shipping costs. If you’d like to begin the return process, please email us at orders@inthegospel.com.

Damages and Order Issues

Please email us at orders@inthegospel.com to contact us regarding packages damaged in transit or for items being returned as a result of a fulfillment error or defective product. In the Gospel Publishing will provide a return shipping and replacement shipments when necessary.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept used or damaged items in exchange for a refund. Digital downloads and gift cards are not eligible for refunds or returns.
